This biotin-free technology uses a specific probe to detect rabbit monoclonal antibodies and is then followed by a polymer horseradish-peroxidase molecule that binds to the probe. This new and innovative HRP-polymerization technology provides increased staining sensitivity up to 2 to 4 times when compared to Envision + and other polymer detection kits. It can be used manually and on automated stainers. MACH 3 detection has been adapted for all of BIOCARE’s 4 Plus prediluted antibodies!
