Immunocare PBS Wash Buffer (sodium azide free) works well for manual and automated immunohistochemistry applications as well as other laboratory procedures requiring a high quality PBS buffer with superior pH stability. The PBS contains surfactant and allows for reagents to spread more uniformly across tissue section on slides. It can also be used on an automated staining system.
