All deliveries are managed from our central warehouse facility in Newtown, Mid-Wales. Our dispatch team are experienced and fully trained to ensure that your goods are shipped with care and attention in safe and secure packaging with correct information and regulatory data where applicable. We partner with TNT for the majority of our UK deliveries and use our own vehicles for special deliveries when required.

Orders received by 3.00 pm (Monday to Thursday) and 2.00 pm (Friday) are normally dispatched the same day for delivery to you on the next working day, although this is dependent on items being in stock and is therefore not guaranteed. Whilst every effort will be made to adhere to delivery dates, we can accept no liability in the case of non-delivery or delayed delivery. All deliveries offered ex-stock are subject to goods being available on the date of receipt of the order. 

Delivery charges are calculated by consignment weight, the delivery charge applicable is shown in the Shipping and Handling section of your cart prior to checkout and payment. For more information on delivery and associated charges please refer to our standard Terms & Conditions.

Partial loss or damage in transit must be reported in writing to CellPath Ltd within 3 days of receipt of the goods. In the event of non-delivery, both the carriers and CellPath Ltd must be notified in writing within 5 (five) days after the date of advice of dispatch. 



Faulty or incorrect goods for return must be communicated to CellPath Ltd within 7 days of receipt, via email at [email protected], telephone on 01686 611 333 or via the Contact Us page.

No returns will be accepted after 60 days from the purchase date except where the item is found to be defective. Returns must be shipped prepaid. We recommend that you use a traceable method for valuable items. We will refund a reasonable amount of return postage if the item is returned to us through our error. A handling charge of 25% of the invoice value will be applied to all credits for the return of unwanted goods unless defective or damaged in shipment. A copy of the dispatch note should accompany all returns.

Credit Card refunds will be credited to the card used for the purchase of the goods, please allow up to 7 days for the credit to be processed. Please note that the credit card company can take up to four (4) weeks before showing the credit on your account balance. Debit Card refunds will normally take 3 to 5 working days to process and appear on your statement.
