Role: IT Desktop Support
Introducing a new role to the business! We have an exciting opportunity for a sharply motivated self-reliant IT Desktop Support! This role will support our internal users and systems. The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate their expertise in Windows desktop systems with a natural talent to problem-solving and troubleshooting. Being approachable, adaptable and capable of driving the most challenging issues to a solid resolution. As our new service desk will be a continuously growing fast-paced environment with multiple ongoing projects. This is a head office-based, on-site role in Newtown, Powys.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site and remote Tier1 and Tier2 IT desktop support for our users, systems and printers
- Troubleshoot, investigate and resolve difficult issues, document findings
- Assigning, receiving, logging and managing calls from the service desk via telephone and ticket system
- Oversees monitoring, controls inventory and maintain documentation repository
- Install and maintain fresh image/install of systems, user migration and account management
- Perform other duties and small IT projects as assigned
Raising the Profile:
- Building and installing new equipment

Knowledge and Experience:
- 5 years of related end-user support experience on Windows 10 and/or 11
- 3 years of working experience in MS Active Directory, Microsoft 365, SCCM/Intune and related technologies
- A+ certification or Microsoft equivalent
- Experience working in an ITIL-based support environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills ability to take ownership of the work assigned and deliver results timely, reliably and correctly
- Able to perform root cause analysis and proactively recommend effective courses of action to the various IT stakeholders, management and end-user population

Role: Quality Assistant
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Assistant. Our Quality team is growing and this position reports to our Quality Manager. Do you like problem-solving? Are you customer focused? Do you enjoy a varied day's work? As a Quality Assistant, you would be required to assist/support the Quality Manager by providing production expertise to resolve quality issues with the production operation. Ensure that the product meets our customer's requirements (both internal and external) at each stage of its manufacturing process, carrying out relevant testing and where necessary take corrective action to rectify non-compliance issues.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead customer and internal complaint handling; lead/coordinate customer communication and any associated returns/investigations
- Maintain the Customer Complaint 'workflow' to ensure adequate recording and timely closure of complaints
- Co-ordinate and track customer/supplier product returns
- Carry out goods-in, production and other quality checks as required
- Manage/assist/develop the non-conformance process
- Carry out and assist with internal audits, as required
- Review and update Management System procedures, work instructions and other documentation
- Update and maintain 'quality' system modules and related product information on company systems
- Assist departmental managers with internal issues
- Assist the Quality Manager with problem-solving activities

Role: R&D Project Engineer
We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity within the R&D team reporting to the Global Vice President of Research & Development. After another successful year, we are looking to recruit an R&D Project Engineer. This is a full-time office-based role at our UK head office in Newtown. We are looking for a degree-calibre team member or graduate who is able to demonstrate a combination of skills and further qualifications at an equivalent level. This role will provide support to the UK business operation and cover both Polegate and Newtown locations.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Plan the development and successful execution of R&D projects and design changes.
- Create and manage project schedules with a focus on timelines, budgets and resources.
- Collaborate and liaise with all parties to identify project requirements, updating on a regular basis.
- Work as a conduit between Quality and Manufacturing to ensure accurate capture of certification documents and design change actions.
- Manage project risk and proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Enable cost-effective and efficient implementation of R&D projects through the use of sound project management tools and techniques.
- Facilitate handover of R&D product designs to Operational and Commercial teams prior to launch.

Role: HR/Payroll Generalist
Reporting to the HR Manager UK and Europe, this position will take ownership of the Payroll function and HR generalist tasks, which will include end-to-end payroll processing for monthly paid employees (hourly and salaried) over two locations, pension administration and all HR lifecycle activities including the production of contracts of employment and recruitment campaigns.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Professionally manage HR and Payroll responsibilities and activities assigned to the UK business
- Provide HR and Payroll advice and guidance to team members and leadership
- Ensure HR and Payroll policies and procedures are consistently applied for all team members across all areas of the business
- Responsible for the administration of employee lifecycle processes from recruitment approval to termination
- Responsible for producing UK HR/Payroll reports
- Responsible for processing two monthly payrolls for 150 employees via Sage 50 Payroll
- Support the implementation of HR projects within the UK business framework

Role: Product and Portfolio Specialist
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our growing team as a Product and Portfolio Specialist, which will sit within our Marketing Team at our headquarters in Newtown, Powys. The successful candidate would be responsible for undertaking a full analysis of the completeness and accuracy of product set-up on our ERP system, developing product and category marketing strategies to support sales and customer communications and lots more.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Undertake a full analysis of the completeness and accuracy of product set-up on our ERP system (e.g. product information, documentation, tiering, and bill of material set-up), and undertake corrective actions as necessary.
- Define product requirements, features, functionality, user stories, success criteria, prioritisation and launch/release plans for assigned product areas that contribute to the growth of the portfolio.
- Undertake Voice of Customer activities to aid R&D in the development of new products.
- Develop product and category marketing strategies to support sales and customer communications; coordinate collection/commissioning of product performance/clinical data to support product messaging.
- Implement a product pricing optimisation plan by assessing competitor pricing and market requirements, reviewing costs, and recommending achievable pricing adjustments to maximise margin.
- Recommend the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraise new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes.
- Provide data for product line communications by defining product marketing communication objectives and creating clarity on assigned initiatives.
- Introduce and market new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales, marketing, and production.

Role: Field Service Engineer
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Field Service Engineer to support the Applications Team within UK Sales to service equipment and to pilot a warranty service for printers.
Do you like problem-solving? Are you customer focused? Do you enjoy a varied day’s work? Whether a routine maintenance call or troubleshooting a problem, the Field Service Engineer plays a key role in both onsite and offsite technical support. We are looking for a skilled technically-minded team member to manage the receipt of printers, potential repairs, and the logistics of exchanging printers during the period of repair as well as spending time servicing equipment at our client's premises.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the service and repair of warranty support for the printer portfolio of equipment
- Provide installation support, preventative and corrective maintenance, modification and repair of mechanical and electronic equipment
- Manage service call scheduling and parts inventory
- Foster customer relationships in relation to service and replacement of equipment
- Assist with some application support within the trained competency area
- Handle requests for the replacement of potentially defective products by monitoring and triaging incoming customer support requests by email and phone
- Act as technical specialist to support customers with applications and equipment
- Responsible for all logistics relating to the warranty/Stat Swap service provision

Knowledge and Experience:
